Roy co-founded Values First Advisors, Inc. in 2009. He has more than 38 years experience in the financial services industry. Roy served as an investment advisor representative at American Values Investments for six years. Prior to AVI, he served as a Regional Vice President / Registered Principal / Investment Representative with a major financial services firm for 19 years. Roy continues to serve hundreds of families through Values First.

Prior to his career in the financial services industry he served in education. He spent eight years teaching and as a school administrator/principal. He holds a BA and MRE degrees, and also an Honorary Doctorate of Letters degree from the Cambridge Institute of Theology. He and his wife, Sharon, are the proud parents of three children. They are involved with many church activities and Roy and Sharon are also the founders of Camp Andrew, a 501-c-3 non-profit Christian camp, dedicated to sharing the gospel of Christ to our youth.
